MUSEUM PARK TOWERS 1, 2, 3 & 4

Museum Park Towers 1, 2, 3, and 4 are a grouping of four structures built between 2003 and 2008.  In total there are 918 condominium units.  In his role as Chief Development Director for the Enterprise Development Company, Mr. Groesbeck was responsible for overseeing the design and construction of these projects from inception to completion.

History

Museum Park is a complex of multiple residential towers within Central Station located at the south edge of Grant Park, across from Lake Shore Drive, Soldier Field and Chicago’s Museum Park to the east. In total there are 14 residential towers within Museum Park which includes this group of four Towers.

Museum Park Tower 1 is a 268 unit condominium development at the corner of Prairie Avenue at 16th Street.  The floor-to ceiling glass windows, the crisp tapering armature and the innovative roof-top articulation are the hallmarks of this magnificent lakefront building. Museum Park Tower 2 is a 170 unit high-rise condominium development situated at the corner of 14th Street and Indiana Avenue featuring two and three bedroom residences. Museum Park Tower 3 is situated on Lake Shore Drive with 204 residential units and is noted for its distinctive copper-clad roof. Museum Park Tower 4 is a 36-story tower with 276 condominium units with sweeping walls of curved, floor-to-ceiling glass and guaranteed never to be obstructed park and lake views.
